In this world, commendation is rarely given often enough so when I can, I try to let people know they have done a good job. That is why I am sending you this email. I live in Cambridge and had to call your Kitchener office to send someone out to repair a crack that had been fixed 3 years ago. Your office sent a very courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant individual named Justin. He took the time to explain the whole procedure to me and even called me to observe when he repaired the crack so I could actually see the product working. If you have water in your basement, call The Crack Doctor and it will be fixed forever. They were efficient, polite, informative and professional in their jobs. French drain was installed. The paneling, vapour barrier, and insulation was cut so neatly that we could re-install it ourselves. We should have called on The Crack Doctor years ago.

We live in Ottawa, Ontario and we had 4 cracks in our basement foundation that needed to be repaired with polyurethane injections. This is a 3 year old home and we weren’t expecting to have to repair the foundation so soon.
Mathew, our service technician, arrived at our house on time and was very patient at explaining to us why we had these cracks in our new home and how he would repair them. He also informed us that the repair had a Lifetime Transferable Warranty. It took him half a day to complete his work and even informed us that we should not hesitate to contact him if we noticed any leakage following his repair. We really appreciate such quality of service.
Two weeks after Mathew fixed our foundation cracks, it poured outside and lo and behold, there wasn’t any water seeping into our basement.
