We live in Ottawa, Ontario and we had 4 cracks in our basement foundation that needed to be repaired with polyurethane injections. This is a 3 year old home and we weren’t expecting to have to repair the foundation so soon.
Mathew, our service technician, arrived at our house on time and was very patient at explaining to us why we had these cracks in our new home and how he would repair them.
